About this model
My Philippe Starck sandal design was only going to be viable if printed in a flexible material - I chose Ninjaflex. Ninjaflex can be tricky to print (flexible filaments often just get jammed in the extruder mechanism) but printing slow and hot seems to work pretty well on a MB Rep 2. This 3rd iteration of the design took 20 hours to print in total and needed a slight amount of cleanup but they came out great! Printed on my MB Rep 2 0.2mm @ 220C 20mm/s No support needed but those bridged overhangs will need a bit of clean up! The .stl files included are UK size 4 (230mm length approx)Scale to the size needed: Now to test on the beach.... Enjoy!
