This Product is designed to fit into my False Book Deck Box along with your deck of cards! The Deck Box can be found hereat this link. The Life Counter will of course work just fine without the box though, and is a slim profile so it's likely to fit wherever you keep your cards, or just comfortably in your pocket. :) The gears hold their position with a satisfying 'click' as you rotate them. The mechanisms for this are printed on the base piece, and are generally stuck right after the print is finished. If you place the gear over the mechanism and start turning though, it will free the moving arm parts and work as intended.
