Radial fan / Radialventilator - 125RL YouTube As announced, I designed a complete fan unit for the Impeller - 125-6X. The construction includes a spiral housing, a holder for the 12V DC motor, two ducts with bayonet fitting and a stand. Parts for a right- and left-turning version are available. I also added mirrored geometries to the impeller- 125RL-6X ( The rotating impeller pulls air inside the housing and pushes it radially into the spiral channel. Along the volutes increasing cross section, more and more pressure builds up, which finally escapes at the outlet. The resulting pressure difference (negative pressure - overpressure) leads to a permanent air movement, by adding kinetic energy to the medium.
