About this model

I decided my Google home was a bit boring so designed him a BB8 Costume :-) If you're after BB-9 then look here - If you haven't got a Home, then I've also included 'no speaker' parts so you can just make him as a model. The usb connector loops out / in of the head hole so you know it's aligned correctly. Things to look out for.. Make sure Google's mute switch isn't on, you can reach it just with a screwdriver through the top hole if you forget as I did. The other thing to look out for is to make sure you glue the front grill on the right way around, so its like mine and not up hiding the dots.. (opps) This was printed with no support at all, I had to add a brim when printing the aerials. Layer height 0.15 PLA No supports I used a black Sharpie to colour in the bigger aerial at the back.. …
