For everyone who enjoys that movie as much as me, I present to you the toon bullet named Walter Brenean. This model was custom created using a variety of tools, and is close to the scale of the toon bullet from the movie (cartoons change in size a lot in the movie so its an approximation). Walter is the taller toon bullet sporting a nice big cowboy hat, and is one of the main bullets we see in the movie. His big goofy cowboy smile will melt anyone's heart.
