This item is intended to be used as a deadlift or olympic lifting jack to easily strip and reload weight onto the bar. This allows for simple loading when by yourself, allowing you to not have to lift the bar with one hand, as you struggle with removing the weight on the other side. Youtube Video: It has been tested up to 6 plates, which is 270 lbs on one side. The jack is able to lift it, but has a possible stability issue with this high of weight. In the cover photo, it can easily handle 4 plates without any stabilization issues. A possible piece that could be printed would be to connect to one of the handle holes providing stability if going to very high weights.
