About this model
This is a replacement for the fan shroud that comes mounted to the hot end of Monoprice Select Mini printers. This new shroud supplies the printed parts and heat break with superior cooling and allows for the mounting of a 40mm fan. This model was designed to work with m4 bolts which means that whatever 40mm fan you have should have 4mm diameter screw holes in it. I have attached a stl file with a 3D printable bolt in case you do not own one of the correct length. The clearance between the bottom of this shroud and the print bed/printed part is about 1mm. Thanks to the super simple and repeatable mounting of this shroud, this value should be fairly consistent for everyone who uses the model.
