About this model
I was looking for a good model of the Lombardi Trophy that I could customise to a fantasy football award for my league. I wasn't happy with what I found online so I tried making one myself. I found a picture with the dimentions of the real trophy and used it as guidelines for my model.I did split the ball in two different parts. This makes it easier to print. Just glue the to parts together and slide the ball over the base.I printed it in silver PLA and used some fine sanding paper and filler to smooth out the model. Then I gave it several coatings of chroom spray paint. (The stl files don't include the text that you see on the model in the pictures. I left it blank so you can easily ad your own.)
