Support is only needed where speaker driver is inserted (as seen on picture). Two shells should be printed as provided, but mirror the image in the slicer for the second two. Wood filament should be printed with 0.6mm nozzle (had clogging with 0.4mm) Print 2 gaskets for the speakers. Print 6 spike heads. Print 12 spike bodies. Two spike bodies are put togeather and inserted in the speaker head. TODO At the moment speaker has subtle indents for spikes but at the moment they are a bit to small for the ones i provided. (initial version of the spikes were smaller) I will modify the model to use these spikes in next …
