This is a bracket so that you can mount a Raspberry Pi 3 onto a TV or Monitor while retaining the ability to use the VESA mounting. This TV mounting part of the bracket is 2.4mm thick which is the same as the washers that came with my wall mount for the TV. The mount takes 3mm screws to attach the Pi to it.
