Outdoor Utility Case – Print-in-PlaceI created this Outdoor Utility Case with a focus on functionality and easy printing. The special feature: it’s completely print-in-place! Just the Grip and the inlays are seperatly to print. The opening mechanism of the lid and base comes fully assembled straight off the printer — no assembly required and no supports needed. If your slicer shows a support warning, you can simply ignore it. I printed the case at 110% scale, which I found to be the perfect size.For personal use, there are three different inlays with different compartment layouts. You can also print the case without an inlay — depending on the size, it can even fit a smartphone. I printed the main model with a 0.2 mm layer height.
