A hideously mutated Warped Ogre, its enormous body transformed into something far more disturbing than ordinary giant-kin. Multiple tortured faces have become fused into its upper body while thick tentacles spill from its malformed face. Despite these unnatural mutations, the creature retains the immense frame, bloated proportions, crude trophies, and brutal weaponry of an ogre, carrying an enormous spiked club into battle.
