Aquael Turbo Mini to Pat Mini Conversion Intake Straw I wanted to use larger Pat Mini filter sponges on my Aquael Turbo Mini filter, so I designed this replacement intake straw. Instructions: Saw off the original intake tube. Roughen the surfaces of both the pump and the replacement intake straw using fine-grit sandpaper Glue this replacement intake straw in its place. Printing & Assembly Tips: Material: PETG is highly recommended for aquarium safety and durability. Adhesive: Use pure Cyanoacrylate (CA) gel glue, which is safe for aquatic life once fully cured. Once installed, you can fit standard Pat Mini filter sponges onto your Turbo Mini!
