About this model
A common sight across the UK from the eighties, when they replaced concrete designs, they provide ready access to salt and grit for spreading on roads when icy. Four versions are included; lid closed, lid open, lid missing and lid dented. They are sized for N gauge, but can readily be scaled to OO, TT or whatever. [In the images, the one with the lid closed has ribbing on the front panel. When checking the images I realised this was missing from the others, and corrected the STL files so it is present on all four versions in the download.]
