UPDATE 20150503: Included original pinion/gear for completeness. UPDATE 20150412: New rack in 2 depths. I'm using the 11mm version for a good mate with the gear. Old rack removed. UPDATE 20150406: I had to pack out the bottom dremel mount by about 1mm to get it vertical and the rack by about 1mm to improve the gear interaction. I'm working on an improved rack (pending print and testing). I've added a new height adjustment clip that's inserted below the spring to increase the height (in 10mm and 20mm variants). ------------ I like the drill press by mitchnajmitch but wanted to make some tweaks, additions, and reduce the required filament.
