EDIT 2020-11-13: Added a video with version 3.0 and slicer explanation Prusa and Cura This is the newer version of the sanding drum you can watch the video and see what has changed compared to the old one. Size the model in x and y so they fit for the drums is just right, afterwards drill a 3.2mm hole in the middle to fit the shaft. If you don't have such a drillbit a 3.5mm will work aswell The STL needs to be flipped 180 degrees
