About this model
A simple just for fun pen stand but with a practical application. This works with most common pens due to the stepped nature of the reducing size holes in the spiral surfaces designed to retain the pen. It's a small, quick and easy print that uses minimal filament. Whilst being primarily a novelty item for visual effect the stand does have a practical application... use this and you won't lose your pen amongst other clutter / documents / paper on your desk. Your pen will always be standing up ready for use. The printed stand will rock around, so can be 'fidgeted' with, until a pen is inserted. Adding the weight of a pen makes it roll / lean forwards slightly (making it easier to insert / remove) which stabilizes the stand.
