About this model
Most files needed to convert a BF20 Mill to CNC, it's only designed as a temporary solution till aluminium parts can be machined but it will allow you to start machining, only the ballnut mounts were machined from steel, they can be made with basic metal working tools. The spindle replacement is optional, it's just something I wanted to try given you're always needing the higher RPM for machining aluminium. I've got a full build video on youtube Printed with 20-30% infill, 3-4 layers top and bottom and 3-4 perimeter layers using Esun PLA+, so far it's holding up even with the stepper motors getting a little toasty, will need to drop the voltage/current to keep them a bit cooler.
