About this model

Replacement ear pin for the PRESTAN Professional Adult CPR manikin, modeled from measurements and detailed photos of the original 10138-10 ear pin.I created this replacement for our CPR training manikins and am sharing the file free for other instructors and training centers. The model recreates the grooved head, reinforced neck, rectangular shaft opening, and angled retention tabs.I successfully printed these in PLA on a Bambu Lab P1S. Print at 100% scale and test one pin before printing a full batch. Remove supports carefully around the thin neck ribs and retaining tabs.PLA worked well for my prints. PETG support removal proved more difficult, so support settings matter if you choose PETG.This is an independently modeled replacement. Please share your print results and any fit adjustment…
