About this model

積み重ね可能なペントレイボールペンやシャーペンをコレクションしていると、それらの置き場所に困ることがよくあります。ペントレイの3Dモデルはたくさんありますが、ペンを限られた本数しか収納できないデザインになっていることが多く、物足りないと感じていました。そこで、積み重ねられるペントレイを作りました。シンプルな形をしているので、机の上にそのまま置いたり、引き出しの中に並べたり、棚の中に積み重ねてペンをしまうことができます。サイズは、縦163mm、横116mm、深さ25mmです。このトレイ1つで、ペンを6本収納できます。一番のこだわり：積み重ね可能で、さらにペンの保持パーツを外して使える構造ペントレイを積み重ねても横にずれないように、底面と上面が噛み合う構造になっています。四角い形状の箱だと、印刷中にどうしても角が反ってしまいますが、モデルを何回も作り直してなるべく反らない構造に調整しました。サポートをつけて印刷することを推奨します。また、ペンを並べるための保持パーツは、箱とは分けて印刷するようにしました。これは、保持パーツの印刷品質向上と、ペン以外の小物を収納できるようにすることを目的としています。写真のように、付箋、テープ、ホチキス、シャーペンまたはボールペンの替え芯など、様々なものをしまうことができます。定規やハサミはこのトレイより少し大きい場合が多いので、それらを収納したい場合は、モデルを縦方向に10%-20%くらい拡大して印刷すると良いでしょう。もっとこだわりたい人は、フェルトやコルクを貼ってみてください印刷したペンスタンドはそのままでも使えますが、フェルト、コルク、皮などを貼ると、ペンが傷つきにくくなります。ペンの保持パーツを分けて印刷するので、一体型のペントレイと比べて、内装を加工しやすくなっています。私は、写真のようにフェルトや合皮を貼り付けて使っていま…
