About this model
This is a set of nesting sifter trays I designed for sifting play sand so I can use specific sizes of sand and aggregate for some epoxy casting projects without having to go out and buy the different grades of sand and aggregate - only to re-mix them. These may require a raft to ensure that the hole size is consistent. If your bed is not perfectly flat and leveled, you could get holes that are smaller than desired. My 0.060" hole sifter tray had holes that ranged from 0.060 down to approximately 0.030". I did it the hard way and used an 0.063" drill bit and cleaned out every one of the 2,209 holes. It took a couple of evenings watching TV and running the bit through the holes. Each one is approximately 6.4" x 6.4" x 1.3" Edit: Added a tray so you can turn each sifter over and knock out all…
