About this model

本作品基于 MakerWorld 模型《带灵活腿的网球》进行二次调整，保留了原模型的整体造型、可动手脚结构以及网球表面的凹槽纹路，主要对分色方式和打印方案进行了优化。原模型如果将网球表面的白色纹路直接采用双色打印，在单喷头设备上会产生较多换料和冲刷耗材。为减少打印时间和材料浪费，本版本进行了以下调整：网球球体改为单色打印，不再通过 AMS 对球面凹槽进行白色换料；手、腿及鞋子部分保留白色打印，与球体形成双色效果；网球表面的弧形凹槽结构继续保留，打印完成后使用白色丙烯马克笔沿凹槽描色；对耗材分配及打印配置进行了调整，以减少频繁换料、冲刷耗材和打印时间。本人已使用 Bambu Lab P2S、0.4 mm 喷嘴实际打印验证。手脚与球体能够正常连接，可动结构正常。打印完成后使用细头白色丙烯马克笔沿网球凹槽描线，成品效果很好，同时避免了球面白纹带来的大量换料。本次上传的 3MF 文件包含 1 个网球仔，已完成分色及打印参数设置。下载后可根据自己实际拥有的耗材品牌和颜色，在 Bambu Studio 中进行调整后打印。后处理建议：使用细头白色丙烯马克笔沿球体凹槽轻轻描线。第一遍建议薄涂，待完全干燥后再根据覆盖效果补第二遍，这样线条会更加均匀整洁。本版本主要针对分色、打印方式及后处理方案进行优化，未改变原模型的主要造型设计。感谢原模型作者及相关原始设计者的分享。
