Here is the link to the European source: StepLab - UPDATE - 20 January, 2017 - Because getting the aluminum coupler has been a problem for anyone outside the US I have created a print that will replace it using a Futaba servo wheel. The new part is Futaba_Servo_Coupler_v2.stl and requires an additional four M2 x 8mm screws and nuts for assembly.
