Norm Layman is an NPC turned PC known for literally being 'average' at everything. (All of his stats are 10.) A Town Guardsman who resigned from the Guard after failing to stop the party from breaking 'Bella Estrata (The female Rogue) out of jail. The party killed the rest of his comrades, and left him KO-ed.
