About this model

Rheinmetall 88mm Flak41 on panther chassis was the first German attempt on making a mobile platform anti-aircraft using panther chassis. Using the experience from VFW panzer IV, Rheinmetall tried to mount the 88mm Flak 41 on panther chassis but with the German high command changed the priority from heavy AA guns to light and medium AA guns as mobile platform, the project was scrapped. Since I'm using the panzer tracts book as the source to make the model, I deliberately make some changes for authenticity and printing. The book stated that, the project intended to use panther components, not the whole turret to be put on panther chassis. This model is for 1/72, but you can scale it to other scale. Expected dimension would be 136.46mm x 46.73mm x 47.92mm
