You can leave the boat floating on water, so you don't have to worry about the water level and can grow your own avocado houseplant.The 2.0 version has improved balance compared to my 1.0 version.Once you place the boat with the pit on the water, it usually takes around 4 to 8 weeks for the pit to split open and start growing roots. It may take longer or shorter for you, depending on the seed and climate.It fits an avocado pit/seed up to about 40mm, still leaving some space for the seed to split open.
