About this model

Background:Adjusted diameters to give more “slop”, added crush ribs to securely grip cardboard center and account for manufacturing tolerances, & removed filament tail cutout. Will work with Polymaker 1kg, 0.75kg w/spacer or 0.5kg rolls that have a 90mm cardboard tube ID and 60mm width for 1kg or 0.5kg or 45mm width for 0.75kg. I have the seam set to back so it runs down the length at the center of the notch. I also use a 5mm brim to keep it adhered to the bed.The OD and ID of the adapter should be 89mm and 82mm, respectively, when printed. You may need to account for shrinkage depending on the material you print with.Instructions:Tape end of filament to prevent unwinding.
