About this model
I put this together as a test after seeing a few people printing their own profiles and wanted to give a few different profiles a go for myself. As it stands you can produce your own customizer .stl files by choosing the profile type (currently 2020, 2040 or 2080) and then the length of the profile you want. I've also used this as a basis to build profiles with built in brackets for 45 degree and 90 degree connections. I'm still playing with the design of those though and will add them as an option later if anyone's interested in this design. The design of the profile is an amalgamation of measurements from a number of specification diagrams and some of the measurements may well get tweaked as I use the profiles created and test them.
