About this model
I have seen some cool ties online. Mine is heavily remixed version of: wanted something that fit me perfectly(measurements are taken from fabric tie on me) and it took a lot of work to modify the file to where it is now (likely due to my lack of experience with the tools). I love how it turned out. I feel like the tie is an expression of my love for 3d printing and a great conversation piece.The tie slips on over the top button on the shirt so no neck band is needed. The hinges use 1.75mm filament in the holes to link the tie together. It also has a built in clip on the back side to keep the tie in place on your shirt. I sanded the design on the tie to make it stand out but you could also just as easily swap out filament during the print to make some amazing color combos. I also thought th…
