About this model
Recently as the result of a freak accident, the knob to my Brondell Swash Ecoseat broke. In a rush, I quickly printed off the first and only knob I found and used that temporarily. Alas, I found myself dissatisfied with the feel of the imposter knob and attempted to repair the old one. With that not working, I investigated the construction of the original, discovering that it was simply a metal ring glued to a plastic core with a sticker on top. So with some heat and gentle persuasion, I removed the metal ring, measured every inch of the plastic core, and made the copy I now present to you here.Instructions on regaining the familiar feel of the old knob are as follows:Remove the sticker from the face of the original (carefully, as the backing holds the color).Remove the metal ring from the…
