Greetings Everyone! Like many of you, I printed myself a Bento Box filter to keep VOCs from entering my lungs. The only thing I wasn't sure about was how to power the fans. So with that in mind, I decided to learn enough CAD to create my first 3D model from scratch (so please be kind to me :) ) to create a custom power solution that would allow me to do the following:Have the PSU be external as I did not want to connect it to the internal power supply on my X1 Carbon.Be able to run 2 x 40mm fans and have room for a small LED strip in the future.Does NOT require any kind of modification to the printer and be easily removed if needed.Have the ability to disconnect the fans or any other accessory quickly.Allow me to turn the Bento Box fans On or Off using a remote, as I was not too fond of t…
