Remix of gsimpson2g's cable chain mount ( I wanted to change the orientation of the mounts, as it gives me more buildspace in the z-direction and I think it looks better. I did quite a few changes, including lowering the profile, making it open, making it stronger etc. The awesome cable chain by RotoScan can be found here: 25/08-2016: Cleaned up the extruder mount a little. 28/08-2016: I made brackets to lower and move the LCD back. This gives free passage for the chain and the extruder
