About this model
This is an updated version of my design for supporting the USB-C Cable for Dell docking stations. Thinner design for access to adjacent ports. (Old version here: this to support the USB-C cable that connects a Dell docking station to the computer. The USB-C port on the laptop is fragile and requires a full motherboard replacement to repair it when damaged. This should reduce/prevent the damage to the port from pushing the connector down, twisting, or pivoting. It will not prevent damage from picking up the opposite edge of the laptop.
