This is a settings experiment so it's about print profiles rather than an actual remix - I merely picked a few interesting thread sizes from the original model. I then tweaked settings until the M3 come out so I could actually fit the nut to the bolt. Makerworld might ruin the settings if you print directly from Bambu Handy, so if they don't come out good try using Bambu Studio instead. The key here is using Arachne with decreased minimum wall width to 15% and minimum feature size to 10% (defaults are 85% and 25%). I also set Extruder to allow layer heights 10-80% of nozzle size (defaults are 20-70%). For 0.4 nozzle, that’s 0.04-0.32 mm instead of 0.08-0.28 mm.
