OK, so what is this thing? Notice it is not in the Home & Garden section, it has no practical use at all. It does however demonstrate the function of a turbo charger / turbo pump. Connect the turbine side to a running garden hose and the compression side will act as a water pump. There was no rocket science involved, I just looked at a few pictures on the internet and winged it. Judging by the volume pumped vs. the volume into the turbine it is maybe 20% efficient.
