About this model

Vented oil-fill funnel for pouring used oil back into a 5-quart jug. It features a double-start thread measuring 42 mm in outside diameter with a 3.4 mm pitch. This thread is commonly used on Pennzoil 5 L jugs sold in North America. The funnel is approximately 150 mm in diameter and 230 mm tall, with a wall thickness of 2.6 mm. Recommended print settings: 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, 0.6 mm-wide inner and outer walls, 25% infill. No supports required. Make sure your jug’s thread matches these dimensions before printing. 2026-08-08 As per one of the commenter, the funnel also fits Shell Rotella jugs. 2026-08-30 Added an STL file of a model variation that does not have the keyhole feature for hanging.
