About this model

I liked the model of the yarn ball container from alexhb and TheOddArtisan but adapted it to my needs. I wanted it to print quite larger, so that it can be used as a box for crochet hooks, so the inner space had to be 14cm+. Following adaptions have been made: - Split the model into 4 parts (glue required but no supports) - Reshaped the inner, dome-like space at the top, so it can be printed without support - Reduced the height of the round label-part as it looked a bit off in comparison to a real yarn ball - Increased the resolution of the outside of the round label-part (had visible planes at the required scale) - Removed a gap between the thread and the plane it is attached to (you can actually see that on the cover photo, which is an older version of the model) Known issues I'm still n…
