About this model

Parametrized plate holder with configurable number of plates and all other size parameters. Also includes optional middle support for very long or wide holders. Attached model fits 6 small DINERA plates from IKEA, but feel free to customize it to whatever fits your needs by downloading the SCAD file or customize here. If you are adjusting sizes remember to check if base_height is tall enough that your plates don't stick out below the holder. There is no need for any supports in default orientation unless you angle the poles at some extreme angle (above 30-40 degrees). For very heavy plates you might want to increase the infill or wall loops.
