Tiwaz is a split keyboard with multiple joystick options. Each half can be used independently as a one-handed gaming keyboard or macro pad. QMK, VIA, VIAL support lets you remap keys directly in the browser without reflashing. The case models are left hand side. For the right hand side simply mirror in your slicer.
