About this model

This is a beta release of an updated version of the original Squishy Turtle. Once the design has had some real-world testing and feedback, I’ll release the final version for free with multiple shell designs. In addition to the new aesthetic, the construction has been simplified to just three parts, eliminating the small assembly pins used in the original design. The tradeoff is that the shell now requires support material when printing. The sliding head has also been redesigned with a retaining feature, so it stays captive within the shell, along with a small click mechanism that gives tactile feedback as the head moves between positions. If you give the beta a try, I’d really appreciate feedback on a few things: Fit and assembly: Does everything fit together and assemble the way you would…
