LinkData 21700S 65P batteries in a BL1820 sized case, just 2mm wider, Will fit in and work with all Makita 18V tools and all chargers including Makita rapid chargers, and all side by side (18vx2) 36volt tools Printed with Polymaker HT-PLA-GF teal, and white. The white caps/plugs on the ends are PEBA 90a eSun. the battery shell (top and case) need .16mm layers (.2mm initial layer) all other parts can be printed .2mm layers banded with metal zip ties. Used 50w fiber laser to cut the copper and fish paper and to mark the text on the case 52A 80C cut off/ 30A continuous Welded with .2mm and .3mm copper (also built .4 copper for load and temp testing) .3mm copper is ideal, producing significant better heat dissipation compared to .2m…
