About this model

An endcap for internal routing of 4mm cables (dropper post, shifter cables). Inspired by tocache's Scott Genius bike internal cable routing cover for dropper post, and remodeled so that it can be printed from TPU without any support material. The maximum overhang angle is 60 degrees so your results may vary depending on your printer. Drill slot dimensions: 8x22mm - drill 2 holes with an 8mm drill bit - the centers of the 2 holes must be 14mm apart - form the oval slot between the 2 holes with a rotary tool - adjust the oval slot size with some small files such that the printed part fits without play.
