It's a trash can for inside cabinet doors, when the door hangers just don't cut it. It has a removable inner-bin to dump in your main trash when it gets full. Edit: Recommended you scale down the inner bin by 1-2%. Might save you some sanding later. It comes in 2 types: Sticky tape version, Screw-in Version.
