About this model
Custom Saber that I designed to give away as an Easter bingo prize this year and thought it turned out pretty good. It took about 16 hours total to print, plus another 6 for sanding, painting and electronics install of the saber. It's set for a 1" diameter and will fit the electronics and hardware from thecustomsabershop. I used a 1" thin walled blade, and an old nano biscotte sound board from a saber retrofit I did a while back, may be a bit much for a printed saber but it's what I had lying around. The model is held together using 8-32 screws (2 set screws for blade and led retention, 6 button heads for the body, and 1 knurled head for the pommel retention). If you print the model please post a picture so I can see, I would thoroughly enjoy it! Anyway hope you like it, and may the force …
