About this model

This was the United States' first forray into ballistic missiles. It was in service between 1958–1964. It functioned as a technological evolution of the famous V2 rocket from germany, and was designed in part by Werner Von Braun (the 2 missiles can be seen together and at the same scale in Photo 2) This model is meant for 1:24 scale and at that scale has a 1/4" hole running through its center for alignment If printed in 1:24 scale (4.17%) the model is about 3ft tall.
