About this model
Phone holder to measure angles (departure, tilt, ...) for RC crawlers using your mobile with angle-app. To measure place your mobile in the holder, place your crawler in the desired direction and slowly lift the plate until the car tilts. For departure angle place car on table and tilt the plate until it contacts tire and bumper. Bolt holder to a flat (wooden, ...) plate to measure tilt angles. Glue griptape on the plate to keep the crawler from sliding. For ramp angle use 2 hinges to join 2 identical plates and double the measured number. Pictures shown without phone ;-)
