A modified version of the Focus Adjustment Helper by AndyGadget made for a snug fit inside the Modular Digital Night Vision by a Rych Monocase "Inner Housing". I'm sure it can be used in many different mounting application so feel free to modify as you wish. I have included images of the edit points on the Z axis in blender (or whatever software you use).
