This is a case for a NES controller to USB adapter using an STM32F103C8T6 blue pill (firmware code here for Arduino with Roger's libmaple core). There are versions with one or two NES controller slots. The NES female connectors were ripped out of a cheap NES extension cord I got on Amazon. If you use ports designed for putting in an actual NES, you may need to tweak the dimensions. Build instructions here.
