Upgrade kit to replace the stock potentiometer in the Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle with a Bourns 3590S-2-104L 10-turn precision potentiometer (100k ohm, metal shaft): Link to Datasheet (PDF). The 10-turn pot gives significantly finer control over the Antenna axis compared to the less-than-single-turn stock pot (I was having the most horrible experience with the stock one, using it as a trim wheel in MSFS).
