About this model
Hello, comrades. After installing an all-metal thermal barrier on my Ender 3, I ran into a problem with the radiator overheating during frequent filament retracts. So I had to develop a properly designed radiator cooling system. In my experience, most CR-10 heat sink designs are based on the “bumblebee in a barrel” concept, which isn’t ideal. Air passing through the heat sink must be able to exit freely. To utilize the entire surface area of the heat sink, air must be forced through under pressure, and a 4020 turbine will help us achieve this. Additionally, most models aren’t designed to be disassembled, which requires extra steps to service the hotend. This cooling system solves these common problems. Fit the parts together after printing—they should fit snugly and be easy to take apart. …
